Roles and functionality

Access to the platform via Moodle Integration

• To login you simply follow the normal sign-in process into your Moodle instance
• Once you are logged into Moodle you will also be logged into Nor Education application through SSO.

Roles

The role you are assigned within Moodle is the role you have within the Nor Application.

Depending on what role you have gives you access to different functionality and user experience as follows:

• Administrators get access to user management, admins also have the role of Instructors.
• Instructors can create and manage Nor Activities / Assignments.
• Students can only submit papers to assignments where they are assigned.
