Nor Education AS (Nor.Education) has Data Processing Agreements that are compliant with GDPR and other national data protection regulations, for all provided services.
All hosting, processing and storage of personal data in Nor.Education systems adhere to the General Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679).
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between the Data Controller (customer) and the Data Processor (Nor.Education) regulates how personal data is processed and handled by Sub-processors and third parties.
Nor.Education does not share personal data with third parties, except sub-processors listed on this page and Data Processing Agreements.
